Federal Judge Rules Noncitizen Students Cannot be Deported for Protected Speech in Suit Brought by University Newspaper

Litigation initiated by Stanford University's student newspaper, The Stanford Daily, and affected students, challenged the federal government's targeting of legally present noncitizens for deportation solely for supporting Palestine or criticizing Israel.
