Community Launches Fundraising Effort for Lawsuit Against Approved Data Center to be Located Near Elementary School

Residents, community organizations and a neighborhood school are challenging an approved Indianapolis data center in court and raising money for the legal effort.

Why It Matters

The proposed facility would sit about 850 feet from an elementary school on a former industrial site. The campaign gives families a voice in decisions potentially affecting children’s health, classroom conditions and enrollment, neighborhood noise and contaminated soil.
